Ive been vaping for 3 weeks and have been off analog cigarettes for 2 weeks. I was a pack a day smoker for 25 years and decided to quit because my dog was 8lbs overweight and i would get winded just walking her around the block. I got a phone app and started to decrease my cigarettes over a 2 week period. When i got to 8 cigarettes a day i started the panic thing and went to the local vape store for help. I purchased a pen type set up and a few 12mg tobacco and coffee flavors. These made me a little nauseous and made my face itch so i went back and he traded all of my unopened for 6mg flavors. This worked well until the cigarettes stopped and now the fruity flavors are more appealing my everyday mix is a 50/50 champagne 0&6mg with a few drops of menthol. My tank reads that im vaping 2ml a day. Can my battery (900m leo) handle this for another few weeks? Ive spent my quit money on rewards. A manicure (no more yellow nails) and a tiny purse (no more pack and a spare +a few lighters)
Thats my quit story, And a tiny question. Im looking forward to being part of your community.

As far as I know, the Leo is like a ego style battery, which is rated for 300 charge cycles. So, if you charge once a day, it should last for 300 days. I do recommend getting a second one for back up though. This will cut the charge cycles down, and extend the life of the battery. You can get a regular ego style battery, which should be cheaper then the Leo depending on where you get it. I started with a blister pack, 650 mAh, variable volt (change the volt settings to taste), passthrough (vape while it's charging) ego style kit that came with an Evod tank (bottom, replaceable heating coil) for $14.95 over at ivape.net. My husband's is still in the vape cabinet, being kept as a spare back up to our back ups.

Good thing you got into vaping. That tapering off thing is like slow torture. Plus I think it just reinforces your desire to smoke because you really look forward to your next cig.

You could buy some Glycerin from Walmart to dilute some of your 12mg juice. You want the Humco brand 6 oz bottle USP grade. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Humco-Glycerin-USP-Skin-Protectant-6-oz/10417582

I am suprised that as a 25 year smoker of a pack a day that you can use such a low mg juice. I have been smoking a pack a day or slightly more for 13 years and I have an issue staying off analogs with 18-24mg juice. I guess everyones vaping experience though so I'm glad for you. Welcome to the forums. I hope you can find information that will help you.

Darkmornings your future is bright. Sounds like your battery panic is not a problem. When I got my first "kit" I didn't have any spares either. The guy at the kiosk in the smoke shop (18 miles away) forgot to tell me that some of these things have a short life, like coils and such. So, when my non-rebuildable clearo quit at 7 p.m. I panicked. I live out in the middle of nowhere and had to suffer thru the night until the nearest store opened up in the morning. Yea, I bought a carton. But, I got online, did a ton of research and ordered more "stuff." It got here before the analogs ran out and I was a happy camper. Now, I have backups and have been off the analogs for six months and loving it. Good luck with your endeavors to kick "the habit."

Do you mean how long the battery will last before it has to be replaced? I assume you don't mean a single charge lasting two weeks as that ain't gonna happen. :) The average battery is rated around 300 charge cycles. That should be several months to maybe a year. I think mine lasted six months or so before they got annoying. That is, they'd work but the amount of charge they'd hold and, so, the time I got out of a charge became noticeably shorter.

You should be good for a few months. I'm a much heavier vaper at 5 to 7 ml per day. I'm hard on batteries and still got several months out of one...
