This is all part of the plan. Others and I have been saying for for quite
some time that the therapeutic aspect of vaping would be handled by
BP.
cigalikes with sealed cartridges for the masses.
BP nico-halers for those trying to quit.(with lots more nicotine than cigalikes)
There nicotine as pure and clean as the wind driven snow.
Our nicotine the deadliest most addicting child attracting substance
ever known and encountered by mankind.
BP's nicotine-Alpine scented refreshment.
Our nicotine-radioactive sludge.

This is just buttering up the uniformed. The Wild,Wild West of the
e-cigarette industry and all its free range money must be divided
up between all the relevant stake holders. We as vapers are not
'relevant' stake holders.

I must say I have mixed feelings about this. I mean, it certainly is good, and may well help. But.. I can't help but think, "Why now instead of right off the bat"? Cigalikes, convenience stores and gas stations, oh my!
Yeah, me too. I just hope it's not a case of 'too little, too late'.
