Just wondering, i'm about to go to bed and i wonder i never shut the Provari off. Did you turn off your's in any situation?

Same...just for pocket use.
At home the ProVari's are in a stand I made from the trunk of a peach tree my gardener cut down this spring. There won't be any opportunity for them to fall over and fire. I don't think they could really fire if they tipped over anyway. I'm more worried about them falling over and a tank cracking and leaking juice all over the place. That in itself isn't a big deal but we have dogs and the last thing I need is a dog licking up nic juice.

True.. i think even though is on when we are sleeping shouldn't be a problem right. i hope!!
No I don't think it's a problem at all.
I haven't even considered turning mine off when it's not in my pocket for instance. Most devices at home have batteries installed all the time and are in some sort of stand-by mode until you use them.

Only time I turn mine or the ol lady's off is when we put then in a cigar case we use to carry them when we take the Harley out. Only reason we do that as 2 of them make for a snug fit in the case.. other then that both are on 24/7/365..
