First off, i want to personally apologize, it wasn't our intent at all. For the first one, our stock showed we had 3 on hand when we only had 2. It let you order because we did not have our inventory accurate and I am sorry for our mistake.
On the second, as mentioned in my email, we went to fill the order today and it wasn't noticed that it was a Simplicity 18650, it was grouped in the with the Workhorse 18650 orders and we just noticed it.
I'm really sorry our preparing and shipping is slow, its especially compounded around the holidays. I already refunded the 18650 for you and will get the other refunded too when i get back in. We sincerely apologize and hope we didn't mess up your holiday/vacation too much.

You think ? IMO the ELA is the best designed, kick friendly mod ever built... And the Titanium version take it to a whole new level..... No worries.....Buy a SuperT, they rock.!!!
So I want to revive this thread just to for a little update:
I received my workhorse and I now can honestly say I understand why Super T has such a following, I've never had a mod that feels so well machined and solid the button has such a smooth throw you'd think it was magnetic, and the threads are completely smooth. I also received my simplicity 26650 which like the WH seems to be perfect in form and function, due to some issues in my order David even threw in a couple of batteries.
I started this thread out of frustration, but not only did David make it right, he actually went above and beyond to make it right. His following isn't just because of his superior products, but also due to his superior customer service. I have never, and I literally mean never, had a company go to such lengths to make things right. Since my initial order, I have now placed 2 additional orders, one for a second WH, and another for a ELA. Normally I hate telescoping mods, but after seeing the rave reviews and David's attention to detail, I decided to bite the bullet.
David, you've made a customer for life. I honesty can't thank you enough.
