I bought a Vision CE4 Version 2, but it is rebuild-able. tank, heads and mouthpiece all come apart. As far as I can tell, the Version 3 is rebuild-able. Is that the only difference, older Version 2's aren't rebuildasble, but newer ones are? I think I got a version 3 because it's rebuild-able, but it was just labeled vision CE4 version 2. So far, really digging it, waiting on my Spinner 1300 to get here and dial this in even more. As always, Thanks.

This has become a serious issues for new consumers of ecigs. You'll find nearly every vendor lists the same product with a different version number.

The clearo with the diamond like bottom cap with the etched V that unscrews is the REAL Vision rebuildable clearo. The newest version has the longer wicks. Most of the other brands minus the Baughway (you can use your own drip tip on these) can actually be rebuilt but you have to pull the tank off with some force.

The Vision clearo unscrews from the bottom and the atomizer head unscrews as well. That's the "true" rebuildable.

That's the version I have, the Vision rebuild-able, all those attributes and markings. Works great. I just noticed that some say the version 2 isn't rebuildable, and that's how I bought this, Version 2, but totally rebuild-able so I just wondered if Version 3 had something else I missed. Thanks.

Hi dezyner,
And to confuse you even more.......its also called 2.0
China is a mess.
I like to say "replaceable", because the version without the replaceable heads, can be "rebuilt".

Anyone have any experience re-wicking/re-coiling these. I saw PBusardos vivi nova rebuild and it looks llike the head is essentially the same thing. I'm just wondering what size wire to use to get the proper resistance for the three different heads 1.8, 2.4 and 2.8 ohm.

again, only to confuse things more, I have bought some 4 wick instead of the standard 2 wick, replacement heads. The replaceable heads is pretty straight forward, don't know about re-wicking though. I love the tank, it's got great vapor production, easy to take apart and rebuild. going to buy 4 more of them, only 4.95, and the replacement heads are 11 bucks for a 5 pack, 2.4 resistance.

I don't have much experience yet, only did it twice, on the Vision v2 nonreplaceable head. These coils seem to last a long time. I used 33 guage that i got 25 feet of for $2.75. I believe 32 to 36 guage would work fine. 25 feet will make 100 coils.

The replacement heads I got had 4 wicks Two were like single strand, they all seem to work about the same.

Everytime I go to EGO Electronic Cigarette Kit, 510 Starter Kit, Electronic Cigarette Cartomizers - Vision High Technology I end up wishing I hadent. If you spend the time there as I have, you could call the replaceable head;
V2, V3 or 2.0. Ive seen dealers calling it V3. Vision also shows the V3 on their site as nonreplaceable head and just an upgrade of the nonreplaceable head V2. The box I got says;
VISION
VISION 2.0
Replaceable Ego Clearomizer
5/pcs
