Well, I'm no expert, and I'm not sure if anoyne has tried the vtube (seen it by ads on ecf?)

However, a Vamo V5 looks very similar, and oyu cna geto ne for aorund 29$ on fast tech. I tried one in store, and its a fantastic mod, not to mention the dozens of positive reviews here.

frankly, vamo was too long for my tastes (not as pocket friendly as others), but its definitely a great starter.

as far as lavatube, never tried one, but on my to do list!

since you said lavatube im gonna guess your talking about the volcano branded ones. They only sell the lavatube 2 or 2.5 now which are much different then the older styles which look like the vtube. Both versions of the volcano brand are wider and heavier then the vtube. Not sure what the vtube is using but I know the lavatubes are pwm devices and use rms, which gives a truer steadier power flow then a lot of the older style apv's.

honestly for bang for buck i would look to the vamo, will do the same thing the new style lavatubes can using both voltage and wattage and can be used in the rms and avg settings. Mine was always set to rms it just works better that way.

I'll recommend you to try a SVD, I recently mentioned my setup of my SVD with my Aerotank. He got one and he couldn't be happier! The SVD is a SOLID made device that supports VV/VW, Does pretty much everything all these other devices can do. Just in my opinion it's a Very well made device, I've heard of vamos stripping the threads on the connector, dieing out and what not. Not trying to bash a brand or anything. But you can spend the same amount of money and get a device that will last you! My brother has had one for over a year with no problems whatsoever which is what made me make the switch!
