Differences 510, 901 etc...

If your are happy with your 510, no need to try anything else.
My first love was the 801 followed by the 510. The 801 has a much larger cart so it doesn't need refilling as often. I think it has a stiffer draw and doesn't get as hot. (I could be wrong about that. If so, one of the tech-y people will correct me -- at length
)
I couldn't use my 801s for a while so I was using my 510s exclusively and have come around. I now prefer that.
I bought two 901 atomizers to try. They're very nice but the don't feel much different to me than the 510s and putting the adapter on and off doesn't seem worth the effort. If you were going to use them most of the time and could leave the adapter on, that would be different.
I tried a KR808 cartomizer and didn't like the paper in my mouth but it has some real fans here. I think they are primarily the people who started vaping with a KR808D-1.
The new big thing is the 510 cartomizer (Nhaler and Vapor Kings have large ones) and replacing the flat top with a drip tip. Apparently you can get around 30 drops of fluid in and, by using a drip tip instead of the flat end, it feels like you have a cart mouthpiece. I've got the parts for that on order. Chucklehead and a few others have been raving about that solution.

I just got mine in today... loaded some Cartomizers and Some MEGA 510 Carts.... Seem to stay cool when running on 3.7 volts.... I love these things. Real professional workmanship.... Vape great.... and looks really really dope.

Wu-Tang is my favorite rap group.... their best work is from the 90's though. They still put out decent albums if your into old school 90's hard core rap. Ghostface Killah is my favorite....
Their name comes from the Wu-Tang Clan depicted from old Shaw Brothers kung fu flicks. Rza and Ol Dirty ....... (RIP) used to watch kung fu movies in NYC when they used to play them. The Wu-Tang Clan was made to protect the Shao Lin Monestarys but had an internal conflict because the Monks and the Wu-tang had an argument on who's kung fu was actually better.
They call Staten Island where most of the Wu-tang members are from Shao Lin also... alot of their early works had samples from the old shaw brothers kung fu movies and alot of the rappers names come from the movies such as Ghostface Killah, Masta Killa, Ol Dirty ......., and Killah Priest (not in wu-tang but associated).
Most of the members were associated or are still practicing the lessons of the Nations of Gods of Earths or 5% Nation. Which is an offshoot of the Nation of Islam. But instead they believe they are GODS, the poor righteous teachers which are the 5% that have the 360 degrees of knowledge while the 10% that have the knowledge use it to spread evil over the 85% that are deaf blind and dumb. Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Busta Rhymes, Mobb Deep, and countless other rappers are also affiliated with the Nation of Gods and Earths. Alot of people don't even know that they are sometimes preaching to people through their raps... Pretty interesting. Well at least to me...

On topic ... I have been seduced by the simplicity of cartos (KR808) but they seem to use more juice than, say, a 510 cart with a ZFM mod ....

I am totally burning through the juice now that I am in carto world. 510's with the soft tops are even easier, I don't even bother with the condom method, just pop off the cap with your fingernail and fill slowly from the top.
It's amazing how fast this has all evolved. I went from 510 dead battery, leaky cart, burnt filler hell to nonstop vapin in a matter of a few weeks. This weekend will be four weeks of no analogs, great timing because IL just passed a $1 cig tax hike. I am definately not saving money but that really wasn't the whole point when I started vaping.

I have spent a ridiculous amount and I'm still saving a boatload of cash thanks to NYC prices (about $10.50 a pack and I smoked a little over 3 packs a day.) If I hadn't made the switch I'd be panicked about being unemployed.
And you should start saving now. You have multi-Chucks and batteries, you ordered a bunch of cartos. Your only expense for the immediate future will be liquid. So you can design your next Chuck in your head, ready to order once you are $80 in the black.
ETA: It's one thing to not realize you are on a supplier's sub-forum and rave about a competitor's product. It's another thing to basically post an ad for the product. The only thing he left off was a link.

Yeah... i haven't bought a pack of smokes in 3 weeks. I smoked about 1 1/2 packs a day. I went a lil crazy on buying a bunch of stuff for the chucks before I got them and only use the Cartomizers right now. I guess it's always good to have a bunch of stuff though....
I think atomizers will be good for trying new flavors. If you hate it, it's a lot easier to pull the fluval out and start over with a cart.
I've been watching a lot of "how to fill a cartomizer" videos today. The single best piece of advice was that after you pull the white end off, make sure the center hole/atomizer is centered. If it isn't, use your tweezers/screwdriver/favorite tool to pull it to center. The carto I was using was way off center and I had left it like that. Pulling it over has made a huge difference in the quality of the vape.

Very true, using the attys to taste test. I've gotten lazy and if I don't like something I just add something else to it or vape it anyway.
Hey, I've only bought two chucks! LOL!! The last two were for my dearest hubby, who is starting to use them. Though I am pondering chuck number three. I think I'd like a metallic silver one that had Rubicon printed down the side so I could just leave it in my jeep along with some cartos and batts so I didn't have to worry about ''packing up'' when I hit the road for errands or work. I'll have to wait abit. I just ordered 55 510 cartos from eastmall, the price was just too dang good to pass up. Maybe I'll order it sometime in July.
I am guessing the one poster posted something about another product. I pondered getting a different mod or two but I really love my chucks, the designing, waiting for pron and stalking the mailman is half the fun of owning one. Something tells me if I ordered something else, something funky etc I'd just kick myself for not sticking with Chuck. Cheating only leads to heartbreak.

since I am almost a lil chuck owner(thank you doots) I will go ahead and ask, does anyone use carts? I have 510 and plan on using them on my lil chuck and just filling my juice as normal. Are there any contra indications I should know about?
None that I've seen, just use as normal. A lot of folks use the Carto's but after seeing the innards getting burned whilst inhaling makes me not want to go full blast onto the bandwagon anymore even though I just got 20 of them in.
