Ok ths is really weird. I just noticed this while passig my stash tray and looking down. Looking down through the drip tips on my T3 mini's there appears to be difference. See below.

It appears the internal stem is further down on a few. Of the 9 I have 2 look like the the one on the left (and second pic) and the rest look like the one on the right (and third pic). Only similar thing I could find with those two is they are both smoke color tanks.

Huh!
I've got 2 minis in use, and I've got 2 unopened. They've been that way (in use/ready backup) so long I don't know when or where I got each pair. But the 2 in use (which must be older) are the higher stem, and the two other ones are the lower stem!!

Mine are ALL clear tank/black stem.

Now I'm tempted to use a new one, but I really don't need more clearo's in rotation yet :).

Any performance difference?

Yours looks like the ones sun vapors had made special with that black tip. They told me they don't expect to get any more. A quick google search and I found them with the black tip. I ordered one. I like the size and the fact it uses the ego threads. Saves the ware and tear on my 510 threads.

The air tube in the one on the left looks larger, and the mouthpiece on the right looks to have an octagon shape inside. I remember someone on the Clearomizer forum talking about this issue on the original Kanger T3s several months ago. Maybe S.I.'s factory gets their tanks made in different places.

Ok so I just received a new mini t3 from another vendor. I will describe it.
Sold as a kanger mini T3 1.2ml EGO clearomizer 2.5ohm clear.
The drip tip is black.
The tank is clear and the numbers and scale are in black
The vent tube has no flutes its smooth
It is void of any kanger name or any other print.
The inside of the driptip has that octagon and the tube is near the end
The knerling is different
There are 3 air holes and they are slightly bigger
The battery connector is thicker

My other one is a mini t3s
So what you may have is the older mini T3 and newer mini T3s

Both of Garemlin's mini T3s are Smokeless Image's VGO(808/eGo) version. They're not made by Kanger and are different from any that are available from other vendors.
