Differences in Venders v/s DIYFLAVORSHACK

I just received two package equivalent to $45, (items that Dawn doesn't carry, 16oz VG and spare batteries)
I knew when I got them out of the mailbox, what was in the packages. One had VG in it and the other 2 batteries.
No samples, no personal note, no incentives what so ever.
When I receive an order from DIYFlavorshack, I am anticipating what is in there. There is ALWAYS some kind of SURPRISE or sample to try. She makes sure you are pleased with the order!!! Some of us waiting for orders know what it is like to get more than you paid for. I ALWAYS look forward to ANYTHING sent by Dawn, because I know I will be delighted!!!

That is what i love when i shop and never get it.. so I do it and it has caught on.. some venders copied me but I hope they all do...

I finally received my order, 19 days after placing it. There was a problem with the payment processor not giving the order to Dawn. I brought it to her attention last Wed and she called me a few hours later. I received it yesterday. She did include an extra 30ml bottle because I had to wait so long. I have not tried the juice yet because I want it to steep a little. But I didn't receive any samples like I would have liked. I am a first time customer so it would have been nice to try other flavors as well. Oh well.

My only complaint is that all three bottles stunk of cigarette smoke. They smelled so bad that I had to transfer the juice into some empty bottles that I had lying around.

I will post a review of the juice after I try them.

I am sure there is a reasonable explanation! There has always been samples. She may have just forgot!!! We as humans do that. We make mistakes! Email her I am sure she will make you happier if you bring it to her attention!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset about my experience so far. The problem with the payment processor wasn't her fault. She told me on the phone that she would include an extra 30ml bottle because of the delay. I got the idea after reading some of the posts on this site that there would be some extra's and so on that would justify the $27 per 30ml. All I got was the three 30ml bottles. As of right now, I have no reason to justify spending $27 for 30ml.

I didnt include samples because I gave you a 30ml Free bottle of anything you wanted and you picked the same flavor....
as far as smoke my team does smoke and as an ex smoker I do not dictate weather they smoke or not..
I ASKED you on the phone what else you would like to try so i thought a 30ml bottle was a nice free thing to give you

Like I said, I'm not complaining. I told you on the phone that you didn't have to send a free 30ml bottle. I told you that I like cake and dessert flavors and that "you" can chose to send something like that if you wanted to. I am not unhappy with my purchase. There have been a few people on ECF who said they receive a ton of freebies which is how they justify paying your insane prices. I, based on what I received, cannot justify it. That's my opinion.

The free 30ml was because of a snafu with a sub-par payment processor that you use. I am not going to argue with you in a public forum over this matter, it is beneath me. Like I have said a few times, I am not unhappy.
