Hello All!

I have a specific question that everyone may have encountered after using the Joye 510, Titan, Yeti etc...

I have ordered the atomizers, kits, batteries etc.. from many different vendors. They are all black, but some of them have a thick gold band, thin gold band or are shiny/matte. I have noticed that some perform better than others as far as holding a battery charge after 2 weeks of use vs not holding a charge or atomizers that perform weak or the alternative.

What is your take on the brand names and length of usage that is good vs so-so.

This is not meant to disparage any vendor by any means so please don't take it that way. I have noticed that I had one atomizer with a thin gold band that outlasted the ones with the thick gold band. I also noticed that batteries from a particular vendor don't last as long as batteries from other vendors.

Thank you for any input.

No doubt that some are way overpriced... but would, lets say, a Janty dura-c last longer and perform better than the titan? Have you noticed a particular generic that was a very high quality vs a generic that didn't work well from day 1? I am the proud owner of 7 atomizers that hardly put out any vapor and some of them have an awful chemical taste. I have tried a few suggestions on cleaning (even did a dry burn on a couple of them which smelled worse and tried poking them with a needle too.)

The recent batch of batts and atomizers that I have are from eastmall... but the first one I had that lasted just about forever was the one from electronicstix.

So what's your take?

Hey, neighbor, how ya doin?
To answer your question, I don't think it has anything to do with who you buy from, some batts and attys just last longer. Kinda luck of the draw. My 510s I got out of China, some attys have already died, others are still great. Just one of those things:p

You have to remember these things are still new, the manufacturers are still working out the bugs. Most people have become accustomed to buying stuff that has had time to mature, but with these we're the beta testers. The longer e-cigs are around the better they will get, but right now the manufacturers are just trying to provide a good product while keeping up with demand.

wow 6 months... I am definitely going to look into that.

Hey neighbor@ cat

Druid-I just wish that they would test them or something and offer us definitive tips on how to keep them in prime condition. All of the forum tips seem to be a bust for the 510.

Thanks for your post guys... I guess what I was hoping for is someone to say order from _________________ because their stuff lasts longer.
