Digging up dirt on the FDA

Wow! I had no idea there were so many class action lawsuits on FDA approved drugs as there are and have been. The internet is riddled with them. Then the drug and device makers were trying to wheedle out of paying injured person's damages due to the FDA approval, it's called tort pre-emption. Apparently, unless my info is outdated, FDA approved medical device makers are exempt from tort lawsuits but drug makers are not. But moves are being made in order for device makers to be sued again (congressional action). However, I do believe the drug companies making the FDA approved swine flu vaccines are exempt from lawsuits by the public. I need to check this out some more.

This is the kind of thing that keeps me up digging online at night.

FDA approval means what? If they approve something, then why can they not be sued? Is it because we cannot sue the government? Any agency with this kind of power should not be exempt from the harm they can do to the public.

These people are so corrupt that they even went after 9 of their own scientists who blew the whistle on the FDA for giving approval to devices that were not proven to be either safe or effective saying that they were giving out trade secrets by blowing the whistle. Is this not a fine kettle of fish?

Oh, yes, I definitely want their paws all over my ecigs.

Hope it's ok to post this here. I was just appalled at how deep this rabbit hole goes. They are totally ruthless and a very scary bunch of people.

The FDA here in America is a money-hungry bureacracy, what do you expect?

If you want a REAL "FDA" check out what the Canadians have to say.. they atleast refused to approve the growth hormones used for extra milk production in cows.. noting the strong ties between genetically modified milk and reports of cancer.. (despite pressure from all sides to push approval on it.)

Here in the USA, the FDA will "regulate" safer and harmless substances (list could go on and on) while approving proven killers (list could go on and on.)

If it were up to me, the FDA wouldn't get a cent more from taxpayers. Lots of "government" agencies don't deserve any more money or power.

Sure, the FDA is a great concept (if they'd do their job) .. but once they become corrupt (which seems common amongst all federal agencies in the US now) "we the people" need to put a stop to the corruption.. otherwise, this nation will rott from the inside out.

More alarming than this, though, are the things that FEMA and the WHO (World Health Organization) are planning for the US population. Conspiracy theory? (Bilderberg group proves that people in power are commiting serious crimes, just by its very existence.)

The days are evil.

Best not to lose any sleep over it though, find things more positive and encouraging to focus on. But at the same time, be aware of what is going on around you.
