One of mine just came out with the 510 screw, and the other tank I first took out the 510 screw, then had to put a "dental pick" in the 510 screw hole and go around the inside circumference always pulling up slightly on the 510 insulator and wiggling it out. It took several minutes to get it out, but I finally did. Doesn't have to be a "dental pick", just something that has a "J" hook on one end so you can pry that insulator up and out without destroying it.
EDIT: You have to pry up from the "Inside" of the insulator, not the outside.

I wanted to back up what I said with some fact! I never want to be the one that posts a link saying it works and be wrong. I'd feel so bad for wasting peoples' money!
Looks like the same one that I got in the mail from someone.
Great back up info, and I'd not worry. People spend what they want to spend. I somehow doubt we really have THAT much influence.
