Digiflavor Siren GTA

I have (1) Siren 22mm (and very fortunate to get that one), guess that will have to do me (was gonna use the smaller ones for "Out and About" on my Presa TC 75). I too had ordered from Fogitup.Com, but will call them tomorrow as I have just logged on, and received the bad news alerts in my Inbox. I'm thinking that this rta is cursed or something, with all the messing around that some of us have had to do. I still am in Wonderment as to the sequence of events that have befallen us here with this Fine rta. I have never seen this happen before like has happened here.

Amen!! It's too bad Digiflavor wasn't reading this thread the way Fogitup.com was. If they had been reading it, perhaps they would have come to a different decision about the Siren? I am very curious about how many Sirens were bought from Fogitup.com in the last few days. I bet the sales resulting from our posts far outweigh the number of posters we have here.

I just got off the phone with "Fogitup", some guy I didn't catch his name, as Erin had left for the day, and I got a CC refund. Our conversation was very interesting, he said that they had the Siren in stock when all this started to unfold, but all of a sudden he said that they got "Slammed" with orders and ran out of every Siren that they had. He said that we seem to have a very powerful Forum here at ECF with this Siren rta. He also said similar to what JCinFLA posted about trying to get more from within their network of Retailers, I told him "Good Luck with that" but he seemed confident that he could. We'll see I guess.

It's good to know that WE swing such heavy influence, our little community.

Let's not get too carried away with ourselves here, after all, there's the "Elephant in the Room", The Rayon Thread, and a few others like that, but, we are carrying our share, and that's for sure. What the Rayon thread did for wicking, will not soon be forgotten. All Hail JeremyR.

Page 96. The Digi Saga continues...

I guess that most want their vaping to be as simple as it was when they smoked, open a pack, pull one out, and light up.

Most, if not all. I sure did. Who wanted it complicated? Raise yer hand.

Having to wipe a top fill cap with a tissue more than once daily is my definition of high maintenance

I was cleaning the kitty litter tray out this morning and it got me thinking about the the Siren`s wicking dilemma.

The wick holes are basically just too big and would benefit from being smaller, I`d say a third or thereabouts taken away from the back would help everyone`s wicking, whether they`re 2mm coils or even 3mm coils.

Other than using some kind of inert and non-toxic filler...of some kind, it got me thinking if there was another way....

(Last evening rays of the bright sun confusing my potato-cam)

For this quick, yet highly scientific test, I used an oversized and bright blue o-ring for visibilty purposes,
maybe with a couple of smaller ones, the overall size of the wick holes could be reduced by a useable amount ?

The tank screws on without problem.

Just thinking out loud really......as there`s basically zero chance we`ll see a revised version or even a clone.

Might inspire other ideas ?

And you're bummed at a once a day wipe with a tissue? I've had a wadded up paper towel around the air flows on my Digi more often than I care to admit.
