The email i sent to dhl was really to ask for the matchcode because my tracking dint have a upu/matchcode only the shipment number. This is how my tracking looks like:

I think your right in suggesting patience. Its the frustration that they cant give you a definitive answer or clue on what im inquiring about(dhl,ds). And i had to pay 35 euros for something i cant track properly. I guess just have to wait and pray just a wee bit more.
