I just bought a new flavor juice and it's awesome. Carnival juice Roll-Upz Berry Lemonade 6 mg 70/30. I love the flavor but the issue is that it tastes way too "sweet". Wondering is there any way I can make it taste a bit more toned down without losing nicotine level? I've read about adding distilled water and other options but not sure what's best to keep nic level and still tone it down a bit on the sweetness. Thanks.

you can buy a bottle of unflavoured in the nic level you want and mix them till you get the flavour you like.

Yeah, essentially this. If you can't find an unflavored 6 mg 70/30 from a retailer (kinda unlikley, but you might get lucky), just make some up yourself and add a bit to dilute the flavor. The nic and VG/PG ratio will remain the same.

Diluting pre mix is a good way to get started with DIY. Make some unflavored with the same percentages of pg/vg/nic then use that to dilute the pre mix. I've diluted to 25% and like the result better than the original once I adjusted to the reduced flavoring. Once you discover the advantages of DIY you may want to stick with it. My DIY costs 1.2 cents per ml or about $30 a year.

Anything you add to it will change the nicotine level and any other component ratios. How much you add will dictate how little or more the changes will be. All amounts remain relative.

If you really love the flavor... I'd suggest buy a bottle at 12 mg nicotine and some VG. Then split the original bottle in half and top off both bottles with VG. You'll now have 2 bottles at 6 mg nic with half the flavor amount. This would be the easiest method and maintains a consistent nic level.

If you are hung up on the VG/PG ratio... head over to the DIY forum and get one of the e-juice calculator programs and you can back into your desired VG/PG ratio using that.

Or buy a cloud RTA and crank up the power which will bring down the flavor.

Trying to bring down just the sweetness and not all the flavor might be difficult though but you could try a few experiments. I'd ask this question over in the DIY forum. There is a flavor additive called Sour and maybe that would work. Maybe even adding some lemon juice might work.
