Dilution of Absinthe Concentrate

I bought some TFA Absinthe flavoring that turned out to be concentrate and TFA told me that alone it is insoluble in PG/VG and needs to be diluted with grain alcohol. What would be a recommended mix to dilute this so that it can be used as a flavoring in e-juice. I have all the components; just need a suggestion to get started.
