If you are puking, PUT THE PV DOWN and back away from the table. Nicotine is a poison. Undiluted, it is as toxic as arsenic. ODing is not a joke.

"Enough" nicotine is the amount that keeps you from lighting up. Your body isn't asking for any more than that, so don't force it in.

I started at 24-36mg based on how much I smoked. One day I felt nauseated and light headed. I stopped vaping for an hour and then switched to 12mg. After a short illness kept me from vaping for about a week, I decided to vape 0 nic. It worked for about a month but I started getting serious cravings for an analog so now I do 0-6mg. (6 in the mornings, 0 later in the day most days.)

If you have a flavor you love, consider buying it in 0 nic so you can either dilute what you already have or alternate between the versions with and without nicotine.

I haven't been concerned about (nor had any problems with) OD'ing on nicotine while vaping. I've been vaping pretty much constantly since I started last week. I only get worried when I'm dripping and accidentally lean back in my chair after a fresh drip, getting more than just a little taste of the sweet juice directly on my tongue;)

I bought a bunch of bulk supplies. Made sure the nicotine level of the e-juice was higher than I know I want (plus a bunch of PG and VG) so I can mix and get a slightly higher level than I'm using now (11mg; which currently isn't enough; I'd like to not vape constantly and I think the low level is why I do). Hopefully by the time I'm done with the bulk e-juice I'll only need to stock up on the cheap PG/VG and some extracts... then I'm set:D But I'm glad I went with a low nic level on my first juice purchase.

I think it's also amazing that I can buy a whole years worth (@4ml/day estimation, which is what I think I'm use now) of juice for half of what I spent on analogs in a single month. I haven't been vaping long enough to properly calculate it; but either way it's many orders of magnitudes cheaper to vape than smoke analogs... plus safer and more enjoyable:)

I actually felt "high" off the 24mg I've been using my first few days of vaping. I'm a chain smoker, and it kind of made sense that I constantly vape. I already placed an order for a 12mg juice and some 0 nicc to lighten up my current ejuice.

I am still amazed that 24mg ejuice put Kool wides to shame in how much nicc it delivered. I'm hoping 12mg is a suitable amount to vape all day with, otherwise I might go even lower to 6mg.

Lower your nic level....for a quick fix find some glycerin (pure) and cut your juice with it. You can also use distilled water or vodka to cut your juices too. Having more than one nic level is good, especially for those rough days when you just can't seem to get enough. It will also help if your drink more hydrating fluids....like water and juice.

gashin - use a lower nicotine level - you are obviously vaping too much for the level you got.

Didn't you all notice (I guess not) that this thread was started in 2008 and that the OP is a supplier????

My guess is he's figured out what to do.
