I purchased the Ruyan V-8 e cig on 3-22-09. The first week it was great. Nice vapor and was even begining to smoke less real cigs.
Then it started. I can't seem to get hardly any vapor at all. I charge the battery a full 8 hours and longer so I know the battery is ok. I read some of the posts here about cleaning the atomizer but dont have a passthrogh thing anyway.
I have email Ruyan support three times and they seem to be ignoring their customers. How do you get them to respond? And how do you get Ruyan to honor the one year warranty?
I thought this was supposed to save money compared to real cigs but so far it sounds like I am gonna have to spend even more just to make the darn thing work. I am getting tired of fighting it.
