Perhaps their making room for the Giantomizers,,,,,,,
:pop:

I was only joking but I see that they now have the 3.7ml 2.7 ohm giantomizers in stock.
I thought the would also be in a 5ml version.

Should we start a new thread for them,or just keep hijacking this one?

Hey guys, I got a question. I put my ce2 xl in a 3ml syringe and all i am getting is a horrible burning plastic taste. I have put in a little more than 1ml fluid, I have tried removing the plastic that goes over he ceramic cup, I have tried making it so there is a space between the cup and aluminum drip tip I use and still there. Its so bad I cant use it. If I drip into the ceramic cup the taste goes away for a couple puffs then comes right back, is it a bad ce2? Any one else have this issue???
btw its a 2.4-2.6ohm on a 3.7v mod

Did you clean/dry burn it as well?

No I didnt, it is brand new. Should I dump the juice and try that? clean with hot water? Thanks

Yes, I've found that cleaning/dry burning these is a must, even if someone says they have no primer, etc. You could use hot water or PGA/vodka, pat wicks dry, then dry burn.

Not saying it's your only issue but that's a must w/ these.

drew if you drip on the coil and the nasty taste goes away, then it's prob not wicking up to the coil fast enough.

arry are those map tanks or did you make those?! very nice. I want one!! i bought some metal CE2's this week for the purpose of modding. the fluxo's were too delicate to do much with them. I have a digital caliper on it's way to hopefully avoid my measurement snafus with the washers, etc. Everything I've made so far with fluxo's has leaked.

i don't know how anyone can stand a metal cE2. the metal taste itself is pretty bad.

I just got my XL 2.4 ohm clearo's in the mail today too, I tried one out as is but it didn't wick correctly & just burnt up my juice. Looked like I had smoked a tobacco cig through it. took apart a second one, grabbed an extra 5cc serenge & some rubber gaskets I had laying about, pulled out the trusty Dremel and made me a tank mod. That on the other hand works fantastic! Not all that sturdy due to having to use the sub-par rubber gaskets I had on hand, but it doesn't leak & is by far the best vape I've ever had. The vapor production is crazy, I can't speak for the flavor because I didn't want to risk good juice on something that might not work so I used the worst juice I have which is the tobacco flavored stuff I made almost a month ago lol.

In case BR hasn't gotten out of the basement in a while:
The Vortex are easier to mod than a CE2.

Looking good, Gummy.

I kinda figured they would be an easy mod, but haven't made up my mind to try it yet. How does the performance compare with the C-E2?

Right now I am messing around with the C-E2 fat wick. It's showing a good promise so far. I may try the Vortex later on.
