Yes you read it right. I am a disappointed vaper-or .Let me make it clear that I love vaping! My problem is the mods are built with brass threading. That crap is so soft! My vamo is already loose and I clean and lube all threads and I only tighten them finger light tight. I need a bullet proof apv with no CPU. I want to be able to leak through the center hole of a carto without getting juice inside. How do you control the Volts on a mechanical?

Lets say I load a 4.2v fully charged 18650. What out put would be? 4.2?

mech output is exactly what the battery charge is.

some of the higher priced VV are SS and arent prone to stripping, flooding, dropping or much of anything.. both my provari and semovar are solid SS topcaps.

with a mech you can use a "kick" or "stomp" for voltage regulation.
just because the mech doesnt have a circuit board does not guarantee the top cap is any better. one way to avoid stripping is using a 510 to 510 adaptor. nit the prettiest way to do it but will solve the problem.

See I have used the 510 adapter and it still causes wobble. My only solution is to use it untill threads are barley there and glue an adapter to it. I will use this thing till it dies and then toss it. I just dropped it on my desk and it wouldnt turn on until I removed the batteries and wiggled the battery pin to the positive. Now it turns on. I mean this thing is very solid but the top cap totally downgrades the whole devise.
