I ordered a Vivi Nova (v2. not 5... maybe 2.0?) from Discount Vapers. I knew upon ordering it was NOT the 2.5
Shipping was insanely speedy, although they aren't located far from me. Included a rubber smiley bouncy ball, which after washing, as a just in case measure, I gave to my daughter. She was happy.
Totally A+ company as far as delivery, time to ship etc.
The only reason I downgraded to a B+ is the Vivi is due to product description.
This did not come in a box, nor did it come with the extra atomizer heads that other vendors ship with. When I ordered I assumed it would come with either 1 OR 3 heads - but wasn't sure since it's not thoroughly explained on their product description.... so I knew there was a possibility when ordering given the product price. I was ok with either/or.
There was a tiny ding in the tank also. Again, I'm not picky. But others should know in case they are.
I havent used it yet, instead placing it on a multimeter. The head itself tested out fine, but the body did not register. I opened it up and tightened the head down and it worked. So be sure to tighten well if it won't fire for you.
If it had been explained on the product page in some detail what was not included(simple as just adding "Box not included, Extra Atomizer heads not included") so there are no assumptions I'd definitely give it an A+
