I contacted DV at around 130PM today regarding a missing box of coils in the order I had just received. At 158PM I received an acknowledgment and at 218PM I received a shipping notice and apology. That's awesome CS. I can't count how many orders I've made with them and was always impressed with their quick shipping, price and quality but this was over the top for even them.
