finally a vendor that cares, my fc2000 ceramic wicks got lost by usps and after emailing and calling no help. so i tried discountvapers to see if he could check with usps for me within a hour he replied and new wicks were in the mail

I used the contact form to ask a product question and had an answer within an hour. I've ordered from the site and it was ALWAYS shipped the same day it was ordered. My only complaint is that he is often out of stock on the things I want, but I always check there before I try anywhere else.
