I placed an order on 2-2-13, received it today, 2-4-13. A Kanger MT3 I ordered had a crack around the mouthpiece that I didn't notice until I filled it with my juice. That is when it completely broke and dumped my juice everywhere. I used the sites Contact page and Eric messaged me back within 2 minutes. I sent him 2 pictures of the clearo, and he thinks it happened during shipment. He is currently sending me a replacement!
Also, I ordered some Vivi Nova 2.4ohm replacement heads. I ordered a 5 pack of heads from another retailer, and 3 out of the 4 I used jumped around from 2.7ohms to 3.6ohms, tasted like crap and they were supposed to be 2.4ohms. The first one I opened from DV registered 2.5, which is perfect, and tasted great!!!
