DISPOSABLES should be a sub-category

Much discussion is needed on the topic of disposables, such as:

- Why are they only sold in the US?
- Why do they have such a high percentage of nicotine?
- Why do they all seem to have a little menthol?
- Are they far more addictive than nic-salts?
- Are they more harmful than other devices?
- Do they really contain 6000 hits?
- Can they be modded and refilled?

I have personally discovered interesting issues and answers to some of these questions,
and would like to discuss them.

I am no fan of disposables.

Much discussion is needed on the topic of disposables, such as:

- Why are they only sold in the US?

Disposables are NOT only sold in the USA. They are sold all over the world.

For example, in Germany:

"Currently, more than 5 million disposable vapes are sold in Germany each month, the most famous brand being the Chinese-owned Elfbar."

Google shows what countries disposables are available in.

- Why do they have such a high percentage of nicotine?

To satisfy a person's nicotine cravings.

- Are they far more addictive than nic-Salts?

Disposables are filled with nicotine salt juices.

Personally, I think all disposables are junk. I have zero interest in closed systems.

All of the brands I purchased were marked only for sale in the US. Perhaps yours are only for sale in Germany? But, I would assume there's something different about them or they wouldn't need to make that distinction.

"To satisfy a person's nicotine cravings."

Customer satisfaction is not as important as increasing their addiction to nicotine. If it were they wouldn't be forcing menthol on the majority of buyers who dislike the taste.

I sincerely doubt there are any differences between a disposable pod made by ElfBar being sold in the US, Germany or Timbuktu. Hello!!! We are talking about mass produced products here - - - cheaply made disposable pods.

Customer satisfaction is not as important as increasing their addiction to nicotine. If it were they wouldn't be forcing menthol on the majority of buyers who dislike the taste.

A person in the US can purchase pod devices from many countries around the world. Americans are not limited to what is sold in the US at gas stations, corner stores and US based online shops.

It is up to each consumer to educate themselves as to what products may be available to them.

If the "majority" of buyers don't like menthol in their juices then they should not be buying prefilled disposable pods. That's common sense Mate. And to be clear, no one is forcing menthol flavors on anyone.

Also, with the millions and millions of disposable pods being sold daily across the globe - - - the demand is there - - - meaning the GREATER MAJORITY of buyers simply don't care if menthol is in their disposable pod.

The wise vaper will educate themselves and eventually choose to purchase a pod mod that is refillable. Then they can then use any juice they desire. The wiser vaper will move along from pods altogether.

The US government, and several state governments, are the ones imposing tobacco only regulations on consumers. No company who has been approved by the FDA can sell vape products that use flavors other than tobacco.

This thread has forgotten the exact question.
"DISPOSABLES should be a sub-category"

Vape Pod Systems are not disposables.
The Pod is changed out but the body is re-used.

Yes Disposables deserve a separate category because they shouldn't be
posted in the pod section.
