I'm no where near good at soldering. I've tinkered with it for years, and never really was able to make clean joins. But recently between vaping and working on my daughters power wheel, I found that using thinner solder, and pretinning everything make the WORLD of difference.
And for the box, initially I wanted to use a metal Hammond, and get a clear door to fit it (from an online 3d printer) I figured that way, I could paint/powdercoat the box, and still not have a need to cut a OLED screen window. I was impatient and decided not to because of shipping... In hindsight, I wish I had gone that route. On the side not pictured of the clear DNA, the dabs of hotglue I used to mount everything looks hideous.
