If you can do it, that is great.
If there is anything that may help, let us know.
Not sure if the pp works with amex, but if you use that service,
we can send you a pp request for the total.

Just send us an email to let us know if you want to go that route.

Yes pp works with Amex.
The reason most businesses don't take Amex is because the fees are quite a bit higher than other cards. For those of you who don't know the vendor loses a % of the $$ in processing fees.
The CC companies get it both ways. Crazy high Interest from consumers and fees from vendors. Must be nice.

CC companies actually make a nice business.
Not only what you mentioned, but also when people do not pay their cards,
they can just write off the loss of those accounts.
Sorta like all the foreclosures n such with the big banks in '08

Also accepting AMEX is separate from V MC D and requires another application.

One thing that is weird with CC processing is, the cashback, and other rewards...
that is paid by the vendor. The vendor is the one that takes most of the hit believe it or not.
The higher the rewards, the higher the fees for those specific cards.
If using a simple debit card, those have the least fees.

Just giving more insight.

Coming from the processor, we were told AMEX will have less users, but will have higher order amounts.
While that may or may not be true, that statement didnt persuade us to sign up for AMEX.
We didnt feel the need to pay the extra monthly fees and extra paperwork for it.

Ya never know, but maybe we will accept it in the future.

Hi Rob hope all is well with you and the family. :)
So are you picking up another line? Or dropping the DIY stuff all together?

Thanks J!
We are doing fine.
We had another baby to add to the family!
Baby boy Robert Thomas on Dec 28th

Many new changes will be coming to GP.
Actually the whole structure will be changing, more than ever before in the past.
Just a tip off...we will be announcing the opening of the retail store in near future.
Stay tuned for more info!!!
I do not think you came when we were opened before...but
we will have to make you come down this time lol

First thing is we want to move out a lot of products.
We may bring in a new line (if you or any have recommendations) but we
possibly will keep TPA/TFA and just stock the popular flavs in larger bottles.
Maybe do smaller sample sizes.

Thank you for your order

Yeah Amex is a real pita. I had to start accepting it as most government agencies pay their bills that way now. It's really annoying but if you want to be paid by check the state takes 6-7 months and the fed can take up to a year. :glare:

That sounds rediculoso for checks, but as long as you are achieving higher rates for compensation, it makes it worth it ;)
hahaha
