I can't stand sucralose, but am starting to get very curious about stevia.

I wonder if this is the type of Stevia that would work in our DIY juice?

It is unflavored liquid ...

Ingredients: Pure stevia extract in water
  • Zero calories and zero carbs
  • Safe for diabetics
  • Alcohol free
  • Can cook and bake with it

I don't see why it couldn't... I would just be worried about how strong it is, and if it would muck up my ratio too much (being water)

Check the label for anything other than pure Stevia and ingredients you recognize: water, glycerine (VG) or PG (alcohol would be acceptable [although some avoid it] but it says it contains none). As long as there are no other ingredients, you're good to go! :)

I've used this before and it works really well, but a little bit goes a long way.

Trader Joe's Organic Liquid Stevia

You can get it from Amazon if you don't have a local Trader Joe's store.

Cool. There's a Trader Joes store in Nashville. I'll check it out next time I'm there. I'll look on Amazon too. Thanks.

I use this to sweeten up my juices...i squirt some in my hand and soak it up with my dropper....about 3-4 drops per 5ml of juice adds amazing sweetness to juice without going overboard and getting into the "im going to reck my atty in a week" territory.

Looks like I'll be going to the grocery store tonight! I'd even be willing to re-wick every other day if I was able to get the sweetness I'm after. Like I said a few posts ago... Well worth it to me.

I ordered samples (13ml) of the whole line of CAP "sweet" fruits and I'm hoping those help too. I was vaping on Point Break by Supremacy and that is a super super sweet juice. I'm hoping to get it to that level.

I too am a happy user of stevia and find you don't need to use a lot. I use Wally's Great Value liquid brand and for my tastes I add so little the water content does not affect my coils lifespan at all. Another product I use for my fruit flavors are LorAnn's Tart and Sour. It is described as a fruit flavor enhancer. The smallest batches I make are in my baby 125 ml mason jars and sometimes I just add a squirt of one or the other or both depending on my whims. That's the beauty of DIY the possiblilities are endless, just like cooking. I've never concocted anything unvapable, some are just better than others. And I'm in a position where I'll never pour a bad batch down the drain. I sport quite a long goatee and I find my high percentage VG juice is a great conditioner for the wild straggling hairs and my cats love to lick my goatee for the sweetness.
