my go-to's include bull city vapor, wizardlabs, RTS... get my nic from nudenicotine, though... have actually started getting some of my bulk flavors directly from manufacturers (FW, Cap, TFA)... once you get some recipes you like, easy enough to make some bigger batches, let em steep

but you are definitely on the right track - haven't bought juice in months, have several liters worth of various flavors steeping (unfortunately, some of my friends have decided they like my mixes better too, lol - so now I tend to mix a bit more than for just m'self)
