DIY juice questions

I'm fairly new to vaping (about 2 months in) and looking to make my own juice. I like a 70% 30% PG mix. Am I adding VG to the mixture? And if so how much?

Google ejuice me up, a free juice calculator that will make diy easier. Plug in the numbers for just about any combinations and size and it will tell the amount, simple.

Used to be you could order nic with different percentage bases from Wizard labs, however at the moment I believe they only offer either all PG or VG, and even that is in somewhat limited supply.
