I am getting ready to experiment with mixing my own DIY juice; I've researched the process and feel confident that I can do this. However, I'm confused by the large number of DIY vendors out there, and would like some suggestions on who to purchase from.

I am looking for both tobacco and non-tobacco flavorings, as well as high-concentrate nicotine base. Cost is not really an issue, I am most interested in obtaining the highest quality flavorings and nic base, with the fewest additives, and the most "true to the label" flavor. In other words, the "Cadillac" of products.

Totally Wicked seems to have a good selection, and I'm wondering if their products qualify as top of the line. I would also like input and opinions on any other vendors that are the "best of the best" (as well as any I should stay away from). Thanks for your help!

my goto place is vapingzone..

their super concentrated are amazing and you need very little 1-3% I love their tobaccos and fruits
they also carry hangsen flavorings and again their tobaccos and fruits are amazing. they have a huge variety of tobaccos and everyone is unique and great.

these to flavoring brands are really easy to mix and (at least for me) the vapingzone's flavors as well as hangsen's fruits don't need steeping, they are great fresh

I've purchased nicotine (100mg) from Wizard Labs and Heartland Vapes and have been happy with both.

As to the flavoring, I recently discovered Flavour Art (thanks to this thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...pure-vapes-has-3ml-flavourart-flavorings.html) and am VERY pleased!!! DIY E-Cig Supplies & E-Cigarette Liquid | Make Your Own E-Liquid | RTS Vapes and Electronic Cigarette, Clearomizer, USA e-Liquid, e-Cig Juice, DIY Flavors, Wholesale Nicotine, Empty Bottles for E-Liquid - ecigExpress also sell Flavour Art. I like RTS because they repackage it in glass vials.

I can't comment on other suppliers but I have been buying all of my PG nicotine and flavorings from Totally Wicked for 4 years. I get my VG from CVS or Walmart. I have always Received quick shipping, what I think are top quality products and whenever I have questions they get back to same day unless I send a note late at night. Great people to deal with IMO.

Welcome to the wonderful world of DIY! Keep in mind that one person's "Cadillac" is another person's "Volkswagon" (no offense intended to any VW owners). You will have to purchase flavors from several companies and experiment to find out what you like and don't like; there are no shortcuts nor cut and dried answers. The same goes with nicotine. Some like a nic with a "bite" while others want theirs as smooth as silk. Order small quantities of flavors you think you might like and start mixing and tasting. You more than likely will find that you like some of your flavors from company "B" and others from company "Z." And just when you think you've got it all figured out, along comes another rave review about a new product and off you'll go to place your order to see if the new one is better than the one you've been using and enjoying. It's the nature of the beast! Good luck to you, and know that every one of us started out like you are. Some have fallen by the wayside but most have stuck it out and found that we can create juice that's exactly what we were searching for. Be patient, read, read, read and ask questions. :)

I used to buy from Vaping Zone but stopped after I learned some of their flavors contain Diacetyl and other harmful ingredients - which BTW they do not disclose. Nor would they reveal which company makes some of their concentrates. The safest flavors to buy, relatively speaking, are those by Flavor Art. They disclose which of their products might contain hazardous ingredients. Their products cost a bit higher, but well worth the price. PureVapes carries 3ml samples at a reasonable price - a great advantage when you have just started DIY and don't want to buy larger bottles yet.

Check out this thread for some great ideas and reviews:
