ecigexpress is very prompt. As far as HDV its really not like him at all--did you contact him regarding this?
Sure did here is a cut and paste from my email would have taken him up on this, but my credit card has taken 14 days to apply the $ back to the card the one other time I have had to get something refunded.

I need to mention that I ordered from 2 other vendors, besides John, on the same day, one package from Washington state (Ecigexpress) arrived yesterday, the other from NY will arrive today. granted theses were both hardware. I am looking to build a relationship with whom I buy from as I spend 50 to 150 dollars a week.
I just received my first order from One Stop DIY Shop. Really fast shipping and good prices.
Wizard Labs is great but I'm not sure if they finished their move yet. One Stop DIY and Vaping Zone are two others that are fast and trustworthy.
I've used Wizard Labs and My Freedom Smokes. Both have excellent service and very fast delivery, and prices are pretty competitive (MFS is a bit higher on the nic solution but you can always find a coupon online that's active).

Thanks for the input, this will be my one and only order from High Desert Vapes, after 5 days it says my order is awaiting fulfillment guess they are extracting my flavors lol and hand making my syringes. Gonna order from Wizard here in just a little bit.
Wizard's currently moving and I don't know if they're done yet (I heard that as the reason they're a little slow recently). So if they're slow this time, I wouldn't hold it against them!

i ordered from RTS Vapes yesterday. they have FlavorArt flavors for $3.25 10ml. also got a 20% discount on nicotine solution as a first time buyer. it was a large order with 22 flavors. got a shipping notice today.
