Diyflavorshack- new natural sweetner called sugar cream

Hi Dawn,

I'm curious, what is in this flavor that makes it usable as a sweetner? I've tried Stevia, yuk, and also use small amounts of sucralose, but would welcome something natural besides stevia as a sweetner. What is the composition of this sweetner? Thanks.

it is a flavor that is very very sweet. tastes like sugar and cream. I had this made and only diyflavorshack makes it.

Ok, so it's a flavoring, not ethyol maltol or sucralose? I'm having a problem with sucralose and don't want to use it anymore. I'll stop by the shack and pick up a few flavors including this one, thank you!

I like it! and also the Brown Sugar, thanks Dawn for the sample and this Sugar Cream! Now my Creme Brulee tastes a lot better....it's sweet and creamy but not an overpowering flavor at all, just adds sweetness and body to the liquid. I'll be using this often in many different recipes. Good bye sucralose! Whoot!
