I've only ordered from you once, but I liked that you threw in some free sample DIY flavors, as well as upgrading the size of some of the ones I ordered. Alongside that, I paid through the phone and you were just too kind and made sure I got my coupon code and even asked what I wanted for my free samples that you always throw in.

Pretty much, you've got some wonderful customer service going for you!

Good things about DIYFLAVORSHACK, that is easy!

Quality. Everything I have received is great. The juices are perfectly mixed. The flavors are awesome. Gear is top notch.
Customer Service. This is where you excel. Fast processing. Always willing to answer questions. Everybody loves Dawn!
Extras. I can't believe how many extras came with my order. I thought I was special, but I keep reading of others getting extras too.

Dawn thank you for my order the mt.dew is awesome It is spot on vapeing it is just like drinking it you can even feel the fizz in the back of your throat.lol the banana split makes you want to start chewing I think I was because my wife asked me what was I doing. This weekend I will be mixing the diy flavors, hope the blue raspberry dont turn my tongue blue.

Dawn is like very dear friend, that when real life gets hold of you - she's there. If it's been a week or a year, since you posted or ordered, the kindness picks up as if you had talked with her yesterday. You know even, when she was over worked (in hospital) she had someone checking in with everyone. One of life bucket items is to meet her. (Maybe even kareoke maybe)

What a great person i had a problem with my order due to post office mistake and I got ahold of Dawn had she got it straightened out and keept me posted. She was even going to resend my order which she did not have to do. This is great customer service. This is why I am and will be a customer for life.
Now all I have to do is to get her to adopt me. Lol

I love the on-going monthly discount code. Not all venders have or even display their discount
codes. You even send them with your orders incase you forgot. You have it for next time.
