I would rather have free shipping. I like the goodies, but I LOVE to save money on shipping. I think it's good you're asking. You should advertise that what you finally choose is due to customer input. Basically, you should brag that you're giving back to customers what they expressed they most wanted!

I personally.. love the freebies.... to me, the suspense/surprise of finding the "prize" in the box is a valuable throw back to childhood cracker jacks boxes.. and is imperative to my continued support.... well not really but does make me feel all warm inside.

on the shipping subject.. the ONLY modification/adjustment i would like to see in shipping... is maybe a priority/next day/teleport option like something that can get me my juices faster.. next day air? id pay for that..srsly

just my 2c

Ok,, i know ive already posted my opinion on this topic...

but now ive come back to post sound unarguable logic....

The thing of it is this Dawn, When you give customers "samples" there is a very high probablity that the customer will place an additional order for that sample... It also gives your "steady" customers a chance to try flavors that they have not yet ordered from you, again increasing your sales.

However, by giving free shipping.. IMO its a loss to you and to us. You lose the money either way.. either by product or by shipping costs. however there is a potential to regain that "overhead" by recouping it through prospective sales in the "sampling" marketing. Its also a loss to US, because we dont get to try the flavors that we are either "scared" to try or like me, on a budget and cant afford to try.

So theres my logic...

Free Shipping: Lose, Lose situation.

Samples: Win, Win Situation.

Edited: Id still pay for an "over night air" option

Thank You for your imput..

The money I spend for free products is a "I llike to give back to you guys" that support me and while was sick you have no idea on what it felt like to find the strength to come back and put the store back up.

My customers become my friends in a strange way as I am not like other stores. I want you to find you way in the vaping world and save money and get off cigs as tht is my killer. heart attacks and congestive heart failure and no vitamin D in my body and a few other things.

So I cant call it a loss... free shipping or the free items.. But i do think I give more away than 5,99. I cant help it. I want you guys to try the new things i make or have the correct tools in your vaping supplies.. as most new people do not know what they need to have on hand.. bottles and pipettes and VG pg all those things that when my customers order from me alot, they have a drawer full and always have the correct items when the time comes to use them..

and finding the correct flavor is so hard ones pocket book cant do that without samples. BUT I have customers asking for free shipping so much that I had to put this out there.. I know I cant do both and still remain Open.

thanks you guys for this imput.. I will take everything and make a desicion for June 1st.

If you give ALL of us samples like you give me samples.. then its beyond any doubt that your freebies add up to more than 5.99. You always include at the bare minimum 1 free bottle plus at least one other "supply" item. a 6ml bottle alone would be 5.95...

And your compassion for your customers and what you do, is what keeps me coming back every pay day.... sure there are cheaper options, but i simply DO NOT get the kind of interaction w/ those suppliers that i do from you. Thank you a million times over.

regardless of your decision on this matter, my "customer loyalty" shall not falter whatsoever.

clarification: when i say "loss" i didnt mean for that to have a negative connotation, i tend to be extremely analytical in regards to business and money. God i wish i could open a brick and mortar location where i live... i would corner the market for this area. /sigh

Thanks Always,
J

I say freebies too but you can do tiny ones so its not a drain financially - tiny ones give as good a sample as bigger ones. I pay shipping without issue - it costs me shipping for anything I buy online anyway so its not a big deal really. The freebies though, thats like a little personal touch - I love freebies even if I dont like what it is (make sense? lol) because its like an ' I care' in an object instead of words.
Also I think Ive reordered on a freebie more often than something I chose..I have no idea what that says about me
