Evolv just rolled out an update to Escribe and a firmware update: (really no need in the future to post as the software will let ya know when updates is available)..

Put up a new firmware, July 9, and a new EScribe, 1.0.23.

On the EScribe side:
- Live View looks better.
- LiFePO4 batteries have a default discharge curve.
- There is a new Battery Analyzer for those interested (requires the newest firmware).
- The watt-hour calculator will offer to fill in the field for you instead of making you type it.

On the firmware side:
- Fixes a bug that could affect reliability. Worth the update.
- Optimizes the code quite a bit, which should make the device more responsive.
- You can rearrange default fields just like custom fields now.

How do you switch between profiles on just the mod?

To switch between profiles, put the DNA 200 into Power Locked mode by pressing and holding both the up and down buttons for two seconds. From power locked mode, to cycle between profiles, double click the Up or Down button. To select the displayed profile, press the fire button.

hold up/down a few seconds to exit power lock mode...

What atomizer is that? I've seen it several times now and looks like the one that Rip has in that clapton build video. Looking for an RBA good for TC and high power.

I'll be posting my pictures at like 5:00 pm tomorrow, didn't go home today.

Also was told the Opus doesn't come with a data cable, can I use any mini USB to regular USB cable to charge and connect to the PC?

so can you change from nickel to titanium mode in the mod or are you stuck setting modes for each atty?
As there isn't a dedicated ti mode yet that I'm aware of, you could I guess make a generalized profile for Ti...kind of a middle of the road settings thing. At least you would then be in the ballpark if you are switching between lots of different ti builds. If you are only using one or two attys, id imagine a dedicated profile would be more accurate then a "ti mode".... That's my speculation anyways

That is the velocity RDA.

I have a clone of it. it is a great dripper. that stacked hole dual post works SO easy on building.

You should be able to use most mini usb to usb cord.

If you have a power socket USB charger you should use that since those things have 1 amp or more charging current compared to the 500mah most computer usbs provide

well I clearly remember people going "omg the DNA 200 supports ni200 and Ti" when the first info was coming out. Especially now that yihi has Ti support the DNA 200 not having Ti support out of the box is making it look slightly inferior.

I seriously hope evolv just adds a Ti option.
Like put into "temperature picking" and then scroll up the temperature go past the 600 degrees fathrenheit and then it jumps into Ti mode.

I am sometimes worried evolv is going to throw too much focus on the escribe software if we have to use the program to even be able to set Ti settings. Would be nice if we could insert settings in the temperature setting mode like I said before like

100-600 degreesNi then it goes 100-600 degreesTi and so on. like if you insert a say SS setting it just keeps on going to next wire setups instead of having to set profiles for every single atomizer like you have to do now.

For sure the Velocity with a Trinity Copa tip. I love that combo and not just a Rip fanboy, lol. The atty for now has just made my others including the Aeolus (V1) passe. Also running titanium wires most always.

I kind of agree but the a generic setting on the YiHi is I guess Ti1 numbers, we can't see them. Evlov should just add the Ti1 in the drop down at least.

I was going through the tutorial this past weekend and in one part it takes you to steam-engine where you can download different wire types, including Ti 1. You set that profile for that atty/ build and it then is a Ti profile. Does not affect other profiles. Hope that helps.

I think the issue is that there are so many different titanium wires in use that making just one generic profile would be kinda pointless.
