Yep..... sand down the rough edges as needed and update/upgrade too. I often wonder and ponder the rough edges others experience and question why my first run devices never reveal any of the rough edges? One device has about 11,000 puffs now and the other has almost 18,000 puffs. Both are 6 month young.

Since I only used identical tanks with only two types of pre-made factory coils along with only 3 different juices I ponder if that may be a factor for the absence of rough edges (so many variables can play into it)? The more fiddle-free my vape the better I like it (plug and play).

If I was to give a few pointers to a new-to-DNA200 vapor I would just recommend using a great tank with only pre-made coils at first until the technology becomes more familiar and also view the video tutorial for the DNA200 EScribe software.

It really is a combination of the pre-heat, the punch and the non-pulse modulation. It makes a great vape. Yes, it is temperamental when it comes to an atomizer that changes resistance as it heats, or a poorly designed or implemented 510. There are also some issues to figure out with the hardware and I expect that the design will be tweaked. And then, there is Escribe which is really amazing, but a curse if you are not a techie. A pretty big step, with a few rough edges that will be worked on.

The VS DNA200 comes pre-loaded with a few mainstream atomizer settings (profiles) that can be used for other atomizers as well so there was no real need to connect to a computer. The Hana v200 came unprogrammed with the crazy pre-heat so that needed to be adjusted.

^^^^i have yet to see the new star wars flick. they say it's going to surpass avatar as the highest grossing film, so im guessing it's pretty good.

now that you're the SMA, you having to fight the women off with a stick now KTM? ;)
I believe it already passed Avatar yesterday? And it is awesome!

And who said I'd fight them off? :p

It was in response to Retird's pic in his previous post that he changed so it looks like I just posted that out of the blue.

I would have thought by now that the Reuleaux would have the proper settings required already installed. Does it not?
Well its still in the box. I haven't checked. But i saw a file on their website. Even if that is true how would I know which one is newer. Maybe the one on the website is more accurate?

You might check your firmware version using Device Monitor (lower right hand corner) and if needed contact the company and ask if the settings file (firmware version) on their web site are the same. Just a thought. They should be able to tell you which is the latest if the settings in yours are different than what they have on the web site. Their web site does say "Setting File with Latest Evolv Firmware".

I downloaded it and it seems to be a custom settings file so you could compare them against yours..

Thanks. That is what confused me the name on the website. Anyway mild issue. If someone has a Reuleaux he can chime in or else I will figure it out.

Thanks retird.

Screenshots of setting from the file on the web site. You can compare to your settings...

Trying out sweet spot vapor's 0,4 titanium wire right now.

I don't know but man I am pretty sure that at 600 degrees F the wire should start glowing(very slightly).

yes it is spaced and came out to 0,201 on a griffin RTA.

but then again apparently people have been complaining that the 0,4 wire's graph is completely off and doesnt pass the cotton test

I have a CSV that somebody posted on the evolv forums that is supposed to "fix" the 0,4 CSV.

so I have the "fixed" version that hits 500F during a drag and hovers around 45-50 watts

the official CSV at 420F shoves 50 watts(have the device at 50)...while NOT taking a drag. while taking a drag it will just stay at 50 watts and say 380Fish. hell just put the power at 80 watts and it nearly burned up the cotton

am sorry but I doubt a dual 7 spaced wrap of 26 gauge titanium needs 70+ watts to hit 420F while not taking a drag. sweet spot's CSV for the 0,4mm is just all over the place and I see people complaining about it.
