Gotcha! I was hoping that beta was the developers kit or something. I kind of liked the look of it.

So these will probably be big mods? I couldn't tell the size of the board form the pics. Then it needs batteries too.

I saw it. I really like the look of the beta, and thought that maybe that was the developer kit or whatever they're calling it.

I would love to pick one of these up, but if it's bigger then the Hana box mod, it may be too much. The Opus seems to big for me. I hope all the DNA200's aren't so big.

lol. None of them know the science behind lipo. They just took the 900 mah number and equated it to an ego battery basically. That's why I never watch those shows. Most of them know nothing more than I do and they have the device.

Would it make more sense if our batteries specifications were to be compared more on how much total energy they could supply to a device?

The Vaporshark version looks like it's smaller than a Hana box. I will definitely pre-order one as soon as it goes live.

I hope Evolv and their mod vendors learned there lesson. If you wanted one 2 months after release, you needed to be one of the first 200 to pre-order.

it doesn't matter when I get it just gonna wait first ... Didn't like how my 6 returns was handled last time... So I'm extra cautious

I waited a month to get my rDNA40. No issues. I bought a DNA40 last month and the fire button would get stuck sometimes (constant fire). VS was awesome with the replacement process and I had replacement in less than a week and it's been working perfectly for the last month. My Hana V4 has the screen glitch issue but it resets when you release the fire button so it's not a big deal.

I'm sure there will be growing pains with the DNA200 but nothing like the DNA40.

Interested to see where and when the DIY enclosures pop up. Guess it will all depend on the shape and size of a lipo people will want to use

Welcome to the people who will be buying the DNA200.

Trusting the average consumer to know safe practice for using and/or building with LiPo is not a smart move.
