With my DNA30 and a Taifun bottom rebuild. I can not find the "Sweet Spot" I keep burning cotton. As of now I have 1.30 resistance and 4.3V running at 12.5 Watts. Thinking of using 32G about 6 wraps for my coil. been using 28 with around 7 wraps for coil. I have used silica and that just tasted plain awe full. Everything is wet, no dry hits, just too high something in the mix. What would be a good combination. Thank You Jabber13

1.3 ohms should be pretty good and 12.5 watts is not too high at all. I think I vape about 15 to 18 watts with my rta's but I use a raptor with no screen so its all by taste. It sounds like you have a wicking issue going on, try using 25% less cotton and keep using less every time till it works ok. Dry hits and burnt taste usually is to much cotton. The other end is flooding and not enough cotton. Fiddle around with till it works right for you, Dont change your watts till you get it to stop burnning, then adjust to taste.

what did you do to get down to 1.3 ohms ..... Gage of wire and wraps to make your coil Mr. Helton, and yes I had too much cotton in my atty.
