you need to offset (reduce) the set temperature by around 100F but apart from that works great. I dont use Ti much any more but worked well when I did!

I did try that but feel the vape is too cold if I do so. Feel so strange. By the way, may I know how to lock the resistance? I have tried to use Ni wire and I found sometime, the resistance show a lock logo next to it showing that the resistance has been locked, sometime no, but i can't find the way to lock that.

100F under is a guidline. A place to start. If it isnt vapong well, raise the temp a bit at a time until you like it. All of this is predicated on the mod having a correct reading of your resting resistance of course!!

Yes, am doing in this way. Just thinking of how to lock the resistance reading, as I have seen there was a lock icon next to my resistance reading, then throughout the time, the resistance reading will be locked and won't change while I am vaping. But i found I can't lock the resistance reading anymore. I can only lock the power but it the resistance reading.....

The first version of the DNA40 didn't have resistance lock. In fact, locking the resistance isn't recommended on DNA mods.

true but it used to work so something else is wrong!

Sounds like it is jumping out of TC into VW mode. Probably an atty/build/connectivity issue to be honest :(
