I want to stay in the $150 ish range.
Ok that's not true, I WANT to be able to buy a wizard evolved...but alas I'm poor and can't afford to spend that much LOL. So I'm forced to stay around $150

Well, you're probably going to have to stay there for a few months before the first wave of DNAs soaks up the early adopter money.
The DNA 20 has been around for a while now.... there should be people and vendors who want to move DNA 20 in order to sell DNA 30 devices
Many of the DNA20 mods seem to sell out, so I'm not sure how much old stock you'll find.
just be patience most will even have a waiting list i got 2 futuras but had to wait almost 4 months , to justify the price of spending 500 bucks ive been diy'ing my juice for over a year now so i saved 3-4 times what i needed to buy a dna20 mod
At a $150 budget I think you're going to be waiting a very long time. I don't see prices on a DNA20 tube dropping just because the 30 is released. They are basically the same chip aside from the lockout feature and jump from 20 to 30 watts which most people wouldn't use anyway.
As long as there's demand the price likely isn't going anywhere but maybe up and they sell out faster than they can make them. The Cyborg and Futura and Evolved are the only ones I'm aware of. Their was and maybe still be one called the EL3V8TOR but I'm not sure of the status on it. There's the ZNA which should be available soon and it's a tube/box hybrid. The closest thing with a DNA to your budget I know of is the VaporShark and it's a small box.

The only DNA device close to your price range is the Vapor Shark which is a very small box device. In the PBusardo review he was able to cover the entire device with his hand. It goes for $169.99 and is a DNA-20.

Source is the House of Hybrids news page, ElectronicStix Facebook page and the Steam Monkey website. ElectronicStix and Steam Monkey are the only two online dealers that I am aware of. ElectronicStix only got like 7 devices in today and they said they had 1,400 people on the page stalking them. Another delivery supposedly tomorrow (small) and a larger shipment on Wednesday.
edit: the devices are dribbling in due to a production change (last minute) but Zen said there would be around at least 1k in the first run
