Hello from JJ´s workshop

My new dna-Watt-mod with usb-charger

Parts i used:
- dna-Chip
- Green voltage-display
- 10k potentiometer
- Usb-charging circuit
- Slim-aluminium case
- Samsung slim 103450 ICP103450s 2000mAh battery
- 510-connector
- 5 Amp push button

in quick test 2,7ohm carto gives out 5,5V = 11,2 Watts


Edit:Today tested with Megadual coil carto with 4,2 volts = 11,76 watts

Very nice jyjarvi!

You did an awesome job with the voltage reader and USB cutouts. Any tips and tools you used for that you'd care to share? I'm getting ready to do use an aluminum case for a mod and need to cut a rectangular hole 14mm x 8mm.

mamu a nibbler and needle files will do what you want. Nibbler is hard on the hands if you do a lot of cutting with one, you need a starter hole too if not coming from an edge. Here is one RadioShack sells:

JJ, forgot to tell ya, nice job. Got wrapped up answering mamu's question. I think the rectangular thing asked about is under the button in last pic. Looks like a VFD screen or badge but it's not shown in the other views.
