DNA30 Issues with low voltage. ONLY fires 3.0-3.1 Volts

I'm sitting here trying to repair a customers Asgard DNA30. The mod will only fire 3.0 to 3.1 volts on any wattage. i've checked

the ground..

the positive and negative battery leads to the board..

the battery (by soldering leads to the leads coming off the board to a keystone battery holder..

will still only fire 3.0-3.1 volts....

Any insight? Thanks!

I'd say you have a bad chip.

This is odd... I tried with my new lemo drop and its firing at 5.6 volts again. ...? the other atomizer was a nautilus which fired and read correctly on my other boxes. no idea whats going on.

A little bit more info would needed but going off the last post it may be related to conductivity.

Maybe the center pin of the nautilus is not making ful connection. Do you get an ohm reading on the dna 30 display?
