The build is the same for the three versions with electronics down the center and dual 18650 batts, just a bit of a design difference...

Avani v1 design - black buttons, 3D printed bezel, maroon Hammond 1550P, have also done this version with 3D printed case using CopperFill

Avani v2 design - silver buttons, 3D printed case with CopperFill

Avani v3 design - DNA40 large screen, 3D printed bezel, black Hammond 1550P with black buttons - ninja style

Mamu, when you fit a 20A Raptor setup into a case that small, {Amazing!} nothing surprises me anymore that you make. Always the best!!!

The 1550P cases sure are nice arent they! The copper fill has me intrigued whats it like. Is copper and plastic mixed or full on copper. Pricey im sure either way.

@rhelton - ColorFabb's copperFill is 80% copper mixed with 20% plastic.

@ MechanizedZen - the large screen DNA40 should be available soon, not sure of Evolv's schedule for release though.

@BlueridgeDog - I designed the bezels and printed on my 3D printer.

@Nautilusfan - the 2x batt sleds in Avani I designed and 3D printed on my 3D printer and is custom fit specifically for the Avani case.

What I have designed for 3D printing is for personal use. No plans to sell at this time.

DNA40 in a 1590A (92.5mm x 38.5mm x 31mm) with a 26650 batt... yup it fits lol if dremel the side walls some. No depth room for a screen bezel though.

I love the small size of this case!
