They dont now, they made them illegal to use in China. Go figure. I heard that in Hong Kong you actually get more time if you get caught using one of these than if you were smoking a joint.
I'm sure they do in Hong Kong.. or at least they used to until it got popular enough to get banned
They dont even eat the chinese food at the buffet!! There always hidding what they eat.I think they know something we dont know.Look at the ecig videos on youtube no one is inhaling!!! There up to something and it smells fishy!!!
^ yeah, HK is technically a part of China, but it's run fairly independently. Kinda like how Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are part of the U.S., but yet seperate.
I think the largest domestic cigarette maker/seller in China is state-owned. Makes one think...
Of course, if cigs were still cheap and could be smoked anywhere like they used to be in the West and I gather still are in the East, then there might be a lot fewer vapers here, too.

I just worked a few flights last week and spent a few days Layover in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan as well as Almaty, Kazakhstan and there were people smoking EVERYWHERE! Actually the customs guy that stamped my passport was smoking as I cleared customs!
While at a market in Kyrgyzstan one of my fellow crew members bought sealed packs of Marlboro Lights for 32 Cents a pack!!!! It was some sort of unbelievable if I didnt see it myself.
Out east, everyone smokes... no age limit. I have even seen children that look like they are 5 somking on the streets.

That my friend is what they call "emerging markets". They push their cigarettes, like they did back in the 40's,50's, and 60's here, get everyone hooked then crank up the prices. Big tobacco is a huge monstrosity, too many people make too much money for it to go away quietly.
