Me too. Walking, talking proof. 35 years of smoking, up to two packs a day, tried everything to quit, failed miserably every time.
Now I can't imagine ever going back. Not even sure what the attraction is. Still trying to get my head around it that it's actually, really over finally...
I have only been off the smokes for 1 week and 1 day but I have not wanted a smoke at all. I will not go back to cigarettes, flat out. Im glad that I gave vaping a chance. One of the smartest choices that ive ever made.

19 Year smoker, I had to ween myself off analogs by vaping. But it wasn't that bad!
I smoked 27 years and over a PAD as well. Quit smoking analogs when I begun vaping as well. Once I felt the urge for a analog. However, I vaped some of my RY4 and the urge was gone. Otherwise, I prefer other flavors like French Vanilla, Blueberry Muffin, etc.
Been vaping since 4/20 lmfao. No cigarettes. I don't want it nor do I care. I think of a cigarette and instantly reminds me that it will not taste like my juice. I tried dropping nic to 16 and the th left me unsatisfied so went back to 18.

11 yr smoker, my wife was a 12 year smoker, both of us have quit smoking. This whole forum is proof it works, if it didnt it probably wouldn't exist.
20+ year smoker over a PAD.....Quti after first day vaping and no interest in analogs any more!

very similar to other folks on this post. 22+ years of smoking have been smoke-free since Feb. 3, 2011 (Chinese New Year's) after buying my first ecig.
Started three years ago. Without ecigs I'd probably be dead today. Vapor has changed my life.
It was a good read. It had some scientific method in it. Yes, as another had said," just ask me." I could not even IMAGINE my life with out cigrettes. It was all but effortless when It happened. I remember when a Dr, prescribed me Chantix. I looked it up and the side effects were frightening. Give me a simple eGo.
After smoking for 35 years and trying EVERYTHING to stop I can say without a doubt that e-cigs DO help people quit. There is no doubt in my mind that I would still be smoking if it were not for e-cigs.
