Ahh the search is over then. Congratulations. Best balance of flavor and vape.
And not as likely to blow yer face off ;)
yeah and now I now why I never really got into tootling before -- it's cause I have a tootle tank that sucks and so I need to get a better one one of these days so I can stop getting burnt hits. I am going to try the Lemo that @NoFumus told me about. There are probably better tanks for tootling but anything has to beat this dumb vaporfi tank that I have been starting my tootling adventure with...... Yep, I am retiring all of my expensive cloud chucking tanks. I sure have saved a boat load of juice since I have been tootling :)

The subtank mini is a good tootle tank and you can do little Klowds with it as well. Build your own coils or not as you see fit.

What Vaporfi tank are you using?

Isn't the subtank mini the one that comes with the Kanger mini kit, or is it the smaller Kanger tank? Probably the smaller one eh?

How much emphasis/flamboyance/feelery people add to their actions is not necessarily a reflection of much of an accomplishment the end result is. There is nothing in the world of vaping that require any level of skill or knowledge beyond half a teaspoons' worth - mixed with some good ol' trial and error. The hardest part is making it look hard.

I started off as a tootle puffer three years ago but quickly learned I needed something better if I was to remain tobacco free...got into mechs and learned to build safely, and today I run sub ohm tanks with great airflow and efficient nicotene delivery on high powered VW box mods....clouds are a by product of a great vape experience that completely satisfies my acquired nicotine addiction that I could only dream about sucking on a protank as a newbie vaper...it's not about the clouds, but keeping me tobacco free that's important...after all, that's why I chose to vape in the first place...

Great to hear subohming keeps you from smoking. If it's another way for people to get off the cigs, I'm all for it.
I gotta remember not everybody smoked cigs like me. There are hot-boxers, lung inhalers, Hookahs, pipes, and cigars to be thinking of. TP doesn't fit everyone.

I think it’s more on the order of every four months of so a watershed tank/dripper comes out that vapes fantastic. This is followed by many new tanks/drippers that vape not as or vape nearly as well, and there is buzz revolving around all of them prior to and just after release. People like to take sides, and there is also personal preference.

I think for a Number of Years this was Very True. Improvements came in Leaps and Bounds.

But I think there comes a Point where the Magnitude of the Improvements starts to Fall Off. And you start to reach a point of Diminishing Returns.

I think we are kinda reaching that Point with the Current Atomizer Technology. Where each Sequential Improvement is Relatively Small.

I think it's the platinum tank -- It produces enough vapor but I start getting burnt hits at 10 watts and I can't adjust my mod to go any lower than 10watts..... Plus I can't build coils with this tank (which sucks big time).

LOL - "Reviewers"? While one or two might actually check the output of the device against what the display says and maybe go so far as to try to measure and compare anything they can to other mods to point out any strengths or weaknesses in the design, most will simply parrot the OEM spec sheet and blow clouds at their camera.

Unsuspecting buyers will later find out if the product actually BUCKS voltage properly, reads resistance and actually locks it or not as well as various other issues.

The comical part is the mindset that only new users or beginners would be interested in purchasing or using "out of date" stuff and don't have any interest in the latest and neatest models.

Gee, while I DO like the new shiny stuff, I'm not to proud not to admit shopping the "bargain bin" looking for a deal. ;)

I think it comes with the mini kit, but not real sure on that. It is a fairly versatile tank. Depending on the set airflow and or coil used. And not as fiddly as a Kayfun or the like.

yeah I need to keep up on hardware more for sure. I suppose I should look around at some of the products that are out there.

Went to their site and it looks like a Kanger protank. Yep about 8 watts max watts and draws air up thru the centerpin which sucks. An airflow controller base would help or maybe 2 ohm coils to help with the burnt flavor. Tanks with the air intake on the side of the base work better.

does your mod to Variable Voltage? If so try dropping it all the way down and see how it works.

The Melo, the GS air tanks and the Subtank mini would all be good choices. The mini has an RBA deck available which I like. Not sure about an RBA deck for the other 2.
