I just checked their web site again to check on my ticket status. They have suspended my account!I never gave them any reason to do so.
I don't know anything about this company but the message "this account has been suspended" is fairly common on shared webhost accounts (which is the business I am in).
It can mean they have used up their allowed bandwidth, filled up their allowed drive space, or any number of things.
It doesn't have anything to do with you,. it is between the company and the webhost.
