Hi! Sorry, I'm such a newbie to this that I don't know the lingo yet. IOW, I don't know what words to use in the search box.

Do they make table-top A/C powered boxes?

That's actually a very good question! In general, the answer is no, but here's a few options:

1. Use one of these with a (high-current) wall USB charger:

2. Use any e-cig that has passthru capability (like the MVP) and plug it into a (high-current) wall USB charger.

3. Get one of these and wire it up to a 510/ego connector and switch:

They most definitely exist. I haven't the foggiest what the few I've seen are called! Some look like a PC power supply box with removable cords.
