I wanted to start a new thread based on dripping. I invite everyone who drips. Weather it's preferred or not. I want to know...

1. Do You Drip?

A. Do You Prefer Dripping?

2. What Do You Drip? juice, Herbs, Extract, MG, Where Do You Get It?

3. How Many Drops Do You Use?

4. Make & Model E-Cigarette (If Known / Where Purchased)?

5. Any Problems With E-Cigarette Used For Dripping?

I'll be honest, on the road and job sites I use carts that I packed myself. While at home relaxing in front of the tube, if can you still call it that, I prefer to drip. I find it kinda relaxing to place 2-3 drops of Totally Wicked 36MG onto the polyester foam of the cart, and then drip 1-2 drops on the atomizer of my Super Mini from Vapor Guys. I started this because I was trying to kill the atomizer. I purchased replacement atomizers and batteries for this e-cigarette because I read many reviews about how bad dripping was. I guess it's kinda like buying 5 tires that boast they can never go flat... like your not going to try and pop one! Yet I have to say I've been doing this for well over 2 weeks and I haven't had a single issue.

What's your experience, any tips?

1. Yes..100% of the time
1A. Yes
2. Juice, multiple suppliers
3. 2-3 drops
4. Various models of the 401
5. None...2 months and still not a single burned out atomizer

I'm starting to think the atomizers only die if they are run hot and dry. 3 of us vapers in this house and no a single one has killed one yet.

1) Yes, almost all the time
2) Yes, you can chose you're flavor, refill at your discretion, and it's just generally better.
3) Juice (PG formula), usually "Johnson's Creek Tennessee" Cured flavor
4) NJOY NPRO (bought it before I knew about all of the other less expensive companies...but the thing is a rock-solid soldier...I love it)
5) Not at all, which shocks me after what I've read on here. Alot of people here, mostly top members, have said how you can go through many atomizers and really gunk your system up from dripping (a few posts have said that JC juice in general is really bad for the atomizer), but I've been doing in CONSTANTLY (6x a day or more for going on a month) and my atomizer is just fine. I do clean it out every night, but just by blowing through it and then leaving it upside-down on a paper towel overnight...no boiling or autoclaving or anything like that.

Of course, I refill empty cartridges with the juice...not striaght onto the atomizer, which is maybe why mine still works great. Is it still considered "dripping" if you refill cartridges with juice as opposed to putting it directly on the atomizer?...

1. Yep, the whole experience would be different without it, and one I wouldn't enjoy as much.

A. On the whole, yes. Easier to switch flavors, good vapor amount.

2. Usually my home-made recipes. juice/glycerine/flavor blends. Every now and then an uncut juice.

3. 2 in my 901, 3 in my pen-style.

4. I exclusively use a dummy cart and drip into my DSE901 from Totally Wicked. I top-off and drip my Rio from VaporNine.

5. I've been using the 901 for about 3 weeks, the Rio for about 2. Still on the first atomizer for each. I vape almost constantly when I'm awake. I probably use them an even amount, although I prefer the Rio. My pen-style usb passthrough died after a day and a half, so I use the 901 with pass-through quite a bit while at the computer. I also pretty much drain both of my Rio batteries in a day, and sometimes go through a third charge. When I go to sleep, I sit the atomizers on a peice of paper towel to drain out.

I only drip with my Kissbox, it's much less trouble than cartridges. I don't know if it's bad for atomisers or not, I can't see why it would be if you didn't let the atomiser dry out. I don't worry about flooding batteries either because I use a sealed manual switch.

The eliquid I usually use at the moment is from Janty but sometimes I use others.

Drip all the time,I don't prefer to drip it's just works the best.Pain in the you know what to drip especially when driving.I got these pen clips at office max and I have three of them in my car so when I driving I can clip a cart and give it a top off and put the pen in another clip and give it a few drops so I don't have to drive with my knee.I am using JC peach cobbler right now and kona coffee 24mg nonPG.I add pure glycerin to increase the vapor and I started cutting it with other flavors. Rum is my favorite I drip 3 to 4 drops on the atomizer and 3 to 4 on the cart. I have dripped as many as 6 drops with out leaking out but normally 6 is too many.I am using a kissbox 304 with manual switch and I have to say this thing is a champ I can produce more vapor than a analog can produce smoke drag for drag. The performance is awesome not a single issue. However it is a thirsty little devil.I have had it for about 45 days and it is getting better and better with use. My dripping pattern yields about 10 to 15 high quality vaps before I need to re-drip. I do have to regularly clean the switch to atomizer connection to get optimal performance.I use alcohol swabs I got from walgrens.I love the kissbox I recommend it to all my friends started vaping on new years eve with an njoy pen, the kissbox is a far far Superior ecig and Jeff at Janty USA has been everything I have heard of him..........awesome service. What I would like to see is a self dripping ecig.Like have a tube on the side of the atomizer that feeds juice so you don't have to remove the cart or tip.I am working on a design to make one that has a camber or two to hold 5ml of juice so all you have to do is push a button to drip without removing the cart. I know it's coming soon as I believe dripping gives you the best performance and consistency of vapor IMO.Thanks to everyone for posting. Vape on..............Peace

Has anyone ever tried dripping with a chemistry capillary tube? Had some lying around from an old lab project but it seems to works really well at geting a few drops sucked into the mesh easily.

I also use them to refill super tiny carts, because the fiber stops sucking in fluid from the tube when it's full. Takes patience and adds to the 'drug lab desk top clutter' but I've found it a clean and effiencent little tool all around.

Chemistry supply has like 100 for less than ten dollars.

1. Yes. I prefer it to just plain cartridges.
2. Usually a mixture of e-liquid, glycerin and flavoring
3. Couple drops onto the atomizer, another drop or two onto the cart.
4. 901, peewee/super/smoking everywhere gold (all the same thing, don't remember the model number), titan
5. So far, two atomizers dead. Of the first two 901 atomizers I bought (at the same time) one is d-e-a-d and the other is my favorite so it has nothing to do with the dripping. The dead ones died shortly after trying out the JC sampler pack. Not sure if that is related or not.

I try to drain the atomizers at night on a paper towel. Sometimes I forget though.

Ok new to the site and done a lot of reading here. Lots of great info here. Anyway I always drip now that I know how. I even opened up my left over cartridges and squeezed out all the juice I could into my bottle. Its the only way for me now and I will never go back. Just wish it wasn't so damn expensive to get the stuff shipped to Canada. I have a total of 5 e-cigarettes and I rotate through them and not one dead atomizer yet.

1. Do You Drip? not so much anymore, destroyed too many atomizers doing so

A. Do You Prefer Dripping? not so much...see above lol

2. What Do You Drip? Juice, Herbs, Extract, MG, Where Do You Get It? used to drip regular e-juice, purchased from a supplier, no additives

3. How Many Drops Do You Use? Used to do 1 or 2 until I felt like the taste was diminishing

4. Make & Model E-Cigarette (If Known / Where Purchased)? Janty mini-fogger, Dura, classic, Dura-C, purchased from Janty USA website

5. Any Problems With E-Cigarette Used For Dripping? See item 1...I found that dripping, for me, led to more problems than it was worth...I went through a few too many atomizers before deciding to call it quits...while the flavor was great in the short run, I decided it was safer for me to just trust the cart and avoid unnecessary dripping....That's just my personal opinion, hope it helps!
